The Chakras and Aura
There is a theory held by many people who walk on an advanced spiritual path. This theory is that the serious turmoil the world is currently under is due to a lack of connection to the mystery and Divine in the universe. People are cut off from what makes us special and unique. Attention is focused on material gain, greed, and success at any cost. This loss of spiritual connection and gain of material connection is what is causing the world to collapse.
Many healers talk about tears or punctures in your aura. The aura is the energy body that is just outside of your physical form. When there are tears or other damage to your aura this can cause physical disease and other problems in your body. Often these tears can be traced back to issues in your chakra system.
There are seven main chakras; each is connected to a part of the body, a color, a sound, and specific emotional or developmental patterns. The first of the main chakras in your body starts at the base of your spine. This chakra is a red ball of energy and is called the root, or base, chakra. The energy will then flow up to your second chakra; which is orange in color. This chakra is called the sacral chakra. Next is the solar plexus; which is a yellow ball of energy. Moving up is the heart chakra; which is green. The throat chakra is next and it is blue; followed by the violet third eye chakra. Finally the crown chakra on the top of the head is white.
Although there has been a turn the world over towards a more spiritual lifestyle many still do not see their connection to the planet and the other creatures living on the planet. This can cause a serious spiritual malaise which will bring about disease and physical symptoms.
The best treatments for imbalances in the crown chakra are to seek out a spiritual path. This does not mean that you have to become Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, or any other specific religion. There isn’t one supreme right way, but there might be one right way for you. It is important to find a spiritual outlet that fits you and helps you to feel connected to something greater than yourself. Learn about different spiritual traditions and philosophies; find a path that helps you to feel whole. Start a meditation or prayer practice; get in touch with your own higher self.
The best things to do for the crown chakra are to make changes. This can only be done with commitment to yourself and to the world. By adding a prayer or meditation practice to your daily life you will see real drastic improvement in a very short time.
