Every summer for the past six years, my family would embark on a two-week interstate travel on our home trailer. We would bring camping paraphernalia and sleep in the trailer or set up tents. We always look up to this annual activity.

We have learned from past summer trips that it was important to bring personal safety alarms. The last few times, we met some emergencies yet those events did not dampen our spirits. We just need the right outdoor protection.

The Nap Alarm was a device that we must have this year. Driving safely was something that we observe but there are times when exhaustion took over. A device worn over the driver’s ear, it would give off a loud alarm when the head would nod, waking up driver and passengers.

Every member of the family is equipped with the Keychain Alarm With Light. In case of emergency, the alarm can be activated by pulling the pin attached to the keychain or pressing the alarm button. Its flashlight provides nighttime lighting.

One of the personal safety alarms that everyone has is the Electronic Pocket Whistle. There is no need to blow into it because a pushed button would produce a 120db sound. This multipurpose device can be used in sporting events, trainings, alarms, traffic control, and emergencies.

Our list of personal safety alarms included the Mace Screecher Alarm that produces a high pitch sound that signals that someone needs help. This outdoor protection is very useful during our hikes since it can be heard up to 1/4 mile.

We installed a 130db Alarm with Door Alarm to the door of our home trailer. It produces such a loud sound that it would wake up even one in deep sleep.

This year’s family trip was fun and safe with the personal safety alarms that we brought along.
